Welcome to the site of stud Het Juffrouwenbos.
Due to our huge passion for animals, we bought our first Shetland ponies a few years ago. And what started with a few ponies, soon became a whole stud with every year a few foals.
For us, the body structure and the correctness of the pony’s legs and movements are the most important characteristics. In addition, we strive to breed ponies in the smallest size (-75cm), with a good character.
A special colour is always nice, but is not really essential for us.
Furthermore, all our ponies are registered in the Belgian Studbook of the Shetland pony, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed.
By breeding a few foals every year, unfortunately we cannot keep all of them. So there will be a foal or an adult pony for sale from time to time.
